Fighting Fit

Drawing from martial arts, strength and cardio training, Fighting Fitness is a challenging  workout.  

 

Spirit, energy and motivation abounds as everyone works together to help each other realise their goals. This is a class where you not only gain fitness but inspiration to a better way of life.

 

Classes run Friday evenings 6pm-7.00pm.   Guaranteed to clear your head for the weekend ahead.
