Here are our simple T&Cs:  make your first payment online below.  We will send you an electronic form to authorise monthly billing (ie every calendar month, $120 per month).  If your circumstances change, just let us know.  To cover our admin fees, a $50 fee is charged if you discontinue any time within 3 months.    However, after that - there are no termination fees.  

And for new members who want to see what Focus&Be is all about before committing - you will love our $30 deal for unlimited Balance Yoga, Martial Arts, Fighting Fitness and T'ai Chi classes valid for 14 days from first attendance.  Purchase online below or you can just come along to a class and pay on arrival.  We can't wait to see you attending regularly and realising the benefits of focused dedication to mind and body.

Focus&Be Flexible attending any Balance Yoga, Martial Arts, Fitness and T'ai Chi class when you can.  All class credits are valid for 3 months.  And don't worry if you don't manage to use all your class credits within the three months - they will just roll over to your next membership period.   

Attendance at Aerial Yoga classes must be booked and paid directly with Sanctuary Yoga due to the limited silks available.

Yin Yoga is a quiet practice of long-held postures combined with mindfulness techniques to focus and calm our minds while opening our hearts. Yin yoga builds resilience to stress and is a perfect antidote to the busy-ness of modern life. 
Bookings are essential as the 4 week term is subject to a minimum number of participants enrolling. The term fee is $88 and the 4 lesson credits not valid for other classes at our Centre and unused credits do not carry over to the next Yin Yoga Term.  Existing members are welcome to use their general yoga class credits to attend.

Focus & Be Confident.  The Academy holds children's karate classes once per week during the school terms.   The children's classes are held in a fun, safe environment, are non-competitive and focus on developing your child's confidence, fitness, flexibility, coordination and discipline.  

Whilst the Academy has separate classes for adults, parents are welcome to train with their children.   

Due to the coordination, control and concentration required in the training,  children must be  a minimum of 7 years of age and able to participate and follow instructions satisfactorily.  All instructors are qualified martial artists and hold 'Working with Children' clearances.
